Built an AI automation system for the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board — a state regulatory body whose members are appointed by the Governor — replacing a manual, paper-based document review process used in official licensing proceedings.
- Pipeline that ingests hundreds of pages of case documents, extracts the relevant data, and generates clean, structured summaries and per-case briefings — substantially streamlining work previously done entirely by hand.
- Normalized database schema with crash-resumable processing and domain-specific validation logic for compliance, criminal history, credit, and insurance flags.
- Cost-optimized document processing that routes between native text extraction and vision models depending on document type.
- Now maintain and extend the system on a part-time contract basis.
